Las Positas College Student Government (LPCSG)
What is the LPCSG?
The Las Positas College Student Government (LPCSG), formerly known as the Associated Students of Las Positas College - ASLPC, is LPC's student government. We represent student interests on local, state, and national levels by lobbying legislators, attending conferences, and being members of campus governance committees. We also organize and host campus events, fund student clubs, and host "The Market" offering free food/groceries every month. The LPCSG consists of elected or appointed officers and senators who submit an application packet, meet eligibility requirements, and submit 25 surveys (see packet). The LSGPC is funded by the Student Activity Fee and the Student Representation Fee. For more information, stop by the LPCSG Office located in Room 1643 of the Student Services and Administration Building.
The Las Positas College Student Government is a non-partisan organization focused on promoting student involvement on campus and advocating for student interest.
The Las Positas College Student Government is committed to removing barriers to access, promoting student success, and providing an atmosphere for better learning and personal growth.
